Welcome to Hetti Jayne Personal Training & Online Coaching Derbyshire & Nottingham.
I am a Personal Trainer in Alfreton Derbyshire & Nottingham City.

I work with women to help them lose fat without sacraficing their faveourite foods, mental health & social life.
I believe having a healthy and balanced relationship with both food & fitness is vital for not only achieving results & living a happy lifestyle, but also maintaining results for the long term.
I do not believe nor promote quick fixes with any of my clients, and do not agree with a one sized fits all approach.
Every client I work with all have a diverse range of lifestyles and habits so the way I work with each client is as unique as they are.
My aim as your coach is to empower, guide & educate you in to becoming the best, healthiest and happiest version of you.
All whilst promoting a healthy and balanced approach to food, health & fitness.

I offer both 1-1 personal Training Sessions, & Online Fitness Coaching.

About Hetti Personal Trainer
I am a certified Personal Trainer with 8+ years experience within the industry, & Certified Eating psychology, Life coach.

I spent a large portion of my younger years struggling with yo yo dieting, struggling to balance a healthy lifestyle, feeling overwhelmed, tired & fed up after trying all the diets out there. I thought there was no way it was possible to live a healthy lifestyle, feel confident in my body, healthy & fit whilst still being able to live my life & have a flexible lifestyle.

I have now made it my mission to help empower likeminded people, who want to feel healthier, fit & confident whilst also living their life.
I believe health & fitness should enhance our lives & make us feel better not worse.
My passion is helping as many people reach their potential and achieve their health & fitness goals, and in a healthy, balanced & sustainable way.

Frequently asked questions...
How much does coaching cost?
​
This is something I discuss after having a chat with you personally and when you apply for coaching, as people sometimes make a decision based on price instead of quality and value.
However as a guide to give you an idea, its less than £100 but more than £60 per month.
​
Is there a meal Plan?
I do not believe in setting set meal plans for clients, as it is harder to stick to and doesn't allow flexibility. Which is my philosophy on dieting, that it should ne fun and flexible and suit your likes and dislikes.
I have all my clients track their calories and macronutrients using My fitness pal, a free app.
And have it all documented on a spreadsheet which we review each week together, and make any adjustments necessary.

Is it a contract?
I know circumstances and things can change, thats fine! You can stop whenever you like, however if you have already paid for the month and want to stop mid month, no refunds are given you will have to complete that month. So always give a months notice when you would like to end your coaching program.
Currently I use an invoice system using Paypal, which I send each month towards the date your payment is due, failure of payment, will mean your coaching with me is put on hold until payment is made.
